i wanted to capture a distanced view of a place at different points of time within an hour. to be a passive observer of an hour's worth of activity.

a composite of the hour was then created to offer an alien view of various time-based activities within the hour in that one chosen place. this would then serve as a memorial view of the captured hour.

continuing with the idea of being a distant observer, the soundtrack uses a reversed recording of live sounds picked up within the hour to create an ambient alienated theme for the hour.

contrasting the financial district's usual work week rush, this hour captured the mild traffic flow and calmer pace of the same district on a lazy saturday morning.
